Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AppSnaps, the screenshot-generation service at appsnaps.io. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are using AppSnaps on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company to these terms.

Keep your credentials and API tokens confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

AppSnaps turns screenshots you upload into generated marketing screenshot sets. Generation is paid for with credits:

• A standard generation costs 1 credit and renders a 5-slide set.
• An HD generation costs 2 credits.
• The iPad add-on costs 1 additional credit.

Credits come from subscriptions (allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over) or one-shot purchases. Current prices and allowances are listed on the pricing page. We may adjust styles, features, and pricing; changes will not retroactively affect credits you already hold.

Payments are processed by Stripe in USD. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Because generations consume real compute, spent credits are non-refundable, and unused credits are refundable only where the law requires it.

You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything AppSnaps generates for you. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process your uploads to provide the service — nothing more. You are responsible for having the rights to the screenshots and app assets you upload.

Generated slides are produced by AI and may include decorative, stylistic elements — illustrated characters, badges, ratings, or award-style ornaments — that do not reflect real metrics or accolades for your app. Review every slide before submitting it to a store. You are solely responsible for ensuring your final screenshots comply with App Store policies, including rules on misleading metadata.

• No uploading content that is unlawful or infringes others’ rights.
• No attempting to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• No sharing access or API tokens to circumvent credit limits.
• No use of the service to generate deceptive or harmful material.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

AppSnaps can be used through API tokens and MCP-connected coding agents. Calls made by your agent count against your credits exactly like dashboard use, and these terms apply to that access. We may apply rate limits to keep the service stable.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that generations will meet your expectations, or that stores will accept your screenshots.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

You can stop using AppSnaps and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
